Upcoming Bands & Artists

Creating and listening to music is one of the finest things in life. We spend countless hours, every single day listening to our favourite bands and artists, and sometimes, we get hooked, and go down a rabbit hole of listening to the same thing over and over.

Meanwhile, there are thousands of upcoming bands and artists out there producing incredible music, and it’s out there for everyone to hear, but it’s just not getting enough exposure for people to hear about them.

The team at Upcoming Bands has been hand-picked, and we are all extremely passionate about bringing you the best new music.

Upcoming Bands is the perfect destination for new bands and artists

Upcoming Bands promises to deliver the most exciting experience for music fans worldwide. We aren’t limited to just new bands, we support solo artists too, and we also aren’t limited to just one country or one genre.

We have had fantastic support from people all over the world, and as for the genres we cover, we don’t say no to any. We are always open to listening to new music, whether it’s indie music, metal, rock, rap, reggae, grime, electric, funk, jazz, and everything in between.

Our goal is to help upcoming bands and emerging artists be heard, and we are confident that this is the best platform to do that, whether you’re a band, music fan, promoter, venue owner, events organiser, or somebody who simply has a passion for music. Upcoming Bands is the place for you.

Find a Band

We have a dedicated section on our website called ‘Find a Band’. Here you can find tons of new bands and artists, along with links to all their socials and music streaming services.

Sometimes, going on Spotify on Apple Music can be overwhelming, and it can be hard to know where to start to try and find something new listen to. That’s why we’ve created a database for upcoming bands and artists, so that you can dive straight into listening to something new.

Find a Band is growing every single day, so there is always something new to choose from. By listening to even just one of these bands or artists, you could potentially discover your favourite new band. Alongside that, you are also helping the new music scene, by showing your support.

You can find new upcoming bands and upcoming artists throughout our entire website, and our social channels, but you can also directly find them through our ‘Find a Band’ section.

Do you accept music requests?

Absolutely. You can contact us individually by heading over to our Meet the Team page, or alternatively use our Contact page.

Are your music reviews and interviews free?

Yes. We will never ask for money to review music or to do an interview. That’s a promise.

Do you have premium services?

We do provide premium services, which include building your band a mobile-friendly website & creating social posts.

As mentioned before, reviews, interviews and general news will always be free. However, if you would like an ad placed on our website for a specific amount of time, that will be a premium service, as we will make a bespoke ad just for you. Contact us if this is something you’re interested in.

Do you sell upcoming bands merchandise?

We sure do! We’ve got T-Shirts, Hoodies & Tote Bags available for all genders and sizes. Visit our shop and have a look around.

Find a Venue

Find a Venue is the perfect place for upcoming bands and artists who are looking for gigs. We are compiling a database of venues all over the United Kingdom, and eventually further too.

We’re doing this, so that you can visit our site and find all the venues where you could potentially gig.

We include contact details, location, images, and more. We feel its extremely important to support emerging talent as much as possible, and this is another feature where we can try to help.

I have fallen in love with Upcoming Bands, from seeing them on Twitter to launching their own website, this could be the future for small up and coming bands in the UK!
Upcoming Bands is driven by passion, not financial gain and that shows in the articles and their social media posts.

Scott EgnorReview

A new site dedicated to discovering and promoting the new music scene…a great site that’s very easy to navigate. It’s in its early stages but there is already some great content on there from people who are really passionate about the music they listen to.

Ben CharltonReview
