Introduction
Over the years my musical taste has varied, but safe to say it has been driven by these first influences, however anything goes. The advent of the Madchester scene hit many notes with The Mondays, Charlatans and of course the Stone Roses and THAT album. Britpop arrived and I was in my element with all these new British bands coming out…what a time.
…and so we hit the present day…and to be honest I’ve been amazed at what’s out there. Through Twitter/X, Youtube and a number of internet radio stations, I have discovered that the UK music scene is very much alive… and this is what I want to try and share with you. So join me in what is a vibrant, eclectic, weird and wonderful music scene.
